Oxhar Business School is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in all courses offered. This policy outlines the procedures used to ensure that course content remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with learning outcomes and regulatory expectations.

Course reviews are an integral part of Oxhar Business School’s internal quality assurance framework.


1. Purpose of Course Reviews

Course reviews focus on evaluating:

  • The appropriateness and relevance of content in achieving intended learning outcomes.
  • The accuracy, currency, and validity of all instructional materials.
  • The suitability of assessment methods and their alignment with learning objectives.

2. Responsibility

Responsibility for the review process is assigned as follows:

  • The Training & Development Manager is responsible for overseeing course reviews and ensuring recommendations are implemented.
  • The Directors of Oxhar Business School hold ultimate responsibility for quality assurance and final approval of updates.

3. Frequency of Review

  • Each course is reviewed annually.
  • Reviews are conducted by a Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) who ensures course accuracy and content integrity.
  • All legal references within the content are reviewed by the School’s Legal Representatives to ensure compliance with the most current legislation and standards.

4. Review Timeline

  • At the assigned review date, each Subject Matter Specialist is given a 30-day period to complete the review.
  • All findings must be formally reported to the Training & Development Manager.
  • The Training & Development Manager will then implement approved changes within an additional 30-day period.
  • Legal reviews are included within the same 30-day specialist review period.

5. Reporting

Following the review of learning materials and legal references:

  • A detailed report must be submitted to the Training & Development Manager, outlining all required updates, amendments, and recommendations.
  • The Training & Development Manager ensures implementation and documentation of all changes.
