MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

This Modern Slavery Statement is issued by Oxhar (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) in accordance with international standards, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the ILO conventions, and applicable labour regulations.

Oxhar is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with full respect for human rights.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards all forms of:

  • Human trafficking
  • Forced labour
  • Child labour
  • Exploitation or coercion

Our goal is to ensure that these practices have no place within our operations or supply chain.

We work with suppliers primarily in the technology, education, and digital service sectors, which generally carry a low risk of modern slavery. However, we remain vigilant and committed to ongoing monitoring.

Contracts may be terminated for any violation of these standards.

Where risks are identified, corrective actions are implemented without delay.

Suppliers are encouraged to implement similar training programs.


7. Reporting Concerns

Oxhar actively encourages staff, partners, and anyone connected to our supply chain to report concerns regarding:
