  • Study materials
  • Text, graphics, images
  • Software, design, logos, trademarks
  • Certificates and documents

is the exclusive property of Oxhar.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the content for personal learning only.

You may not copy, publish, reproduce, or create derivative works without written consent.


5. Payments, Pricing & Billing

  • All prices are listed on our platform and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be completed using approved methods.
  • Oxhar does not store full card details.
  • For EMI/credit-based payments, additional verification may be required.

Failure to complete payments may result in account suspension.


6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Cancellation is allowed within 48 hours only if the course is not accessed.
  • No refunds after accessing course materials.
  • Duplicate or failed transactions are refundable.

7. Certification Policy

All certificates issued by Oxhar:

  • Are professional training certificates
  • Do NOT represent a degree
  • Are **NOT **AICTE-approved
  • Are NOT UGC-recognized
  • Do NOT grant a polytechnic diploma or government-recognized qualification

Oxhar may revoke certificates in case of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.


8. Data Usage & Privacy

By using our Services, you consent to Oxhar and its affiliates:

8.1 Collecting and processing your data including:

  • Personal details
  • Course activities
  • Transaction records
  • Device and usage data

8.2 Using your data for:

  • Service delivery
  • Customer support
  • Platform improvement
  • Marketing and promotional communication
  • Analytics and behavioural insights
  • Credit checks, identity verification & fraud prevention
  • Compliance with legal obligations

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep our Services uninterrupted, but:

  • Technical disruptions
  • Third-party failures

Oxhar is not liable for losses due to such interruptions.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oxhar provides Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis”.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Guaranteed income
  • Government recognition of certificates (Differed in Different Jurisdictions)
  • Error-free content or uninterrupted service

All learning outcomes depend on the user’s effort and understanding.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Oxhar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Oxhar is not responsible for loss of data, income, business, or profits
  • Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate any part of these Terms
  • You misuse content or certificates
  • Fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful activity is detected

Upon termination, your right to use Oxhar Services ends immediately.


15. Changes to Terms

Oxhar may update these Terms periodically.
Revised Terms are effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use signifies acceptance of changes.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by your location.

All disputes may be handled in courts having jurisdiction over Oxhar’s operational region.
